Novrozsky's Hamburgers Etc. was founded in 1982 in Beaumont, TX. The restaurant takes pride in serving the most delicious and satisfying burgers in the state and believes the reason why they’re able to earn this title is that their burgers are made with 100% all-natural, hormone-free beef. In addition to being of natural quality, the beef used to make the burgers are raised right in Texas by hall-of-fame pitcher Nolan Ryan, who is quoted as saying the burgers at Novrozsky’s are, “the best burger in Southeast Texas.”

Nolan Ryan’s baseball career included being on the mound for some of the best teams in professional baseball. He’s also only one of 29 players in baseball history to appear in major league games in four different decades, meaning he knows a hit when he sees (or eats) one!

The Burgers

The burgers at Novrozsky’s can be summed up in three categories: Classic, Gourmet, and Healthy. The classic burgers include your traditional hamburger and cheeseburger as well as a Double Meat Burger that comes with two beef patties, the Double Double that comes with two beef patties and two slices of cheese, and if your appetite is even larger, the Triple Play that features three beef patties and three slices of cheese. Most of the burgers come with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, mayonnaise, and mustard.

The gourmet burgers include options such as the Iron Gut Burger (cheddar, jalapeños, and salsa), Peanut Butter Bacon Burger, a Patty Melt, a Chili Burger, and more. Of course, if you’re worried about your waistline, they also offer healthier options like turkey burgers, a black bean burger, and an Akaushi Beef Burger.

Although Norvrozsky’s prides itself on its delicious, high-quality burgers, let’s face it: sometimes you’re in the mood for something different. Luckily, this Texas restaurant also comes with a variety of other delicious entrees.
