Ford Bronco Sport Performance
The Ford Bronco Sport has quite a powerful engine under its hood. The standard 1.5L EcoBoost® engine delivers 181 horsepower and 190 lb-ft of torque. Opt for the 2.0L EcoBoost® engine with 250 horsepower and 277 lb-ft of torque for even more power.
4x4 capability is standard, as is the Terrain Management System™ with five standard G.O.A.T. Modes™, such as:
- Sand
- Slippery
- Eco
- Sport
The Bronco Sport even allows you to bring along a few toys with its maximum 2,200-pound towing capacity when properly equipped. Bring along some ATVs or a small camper.
Interior Features
While the Bronco Sport is rugged on the outside, its interior is designed for comfort and practicality. There’s room for up to five passengers, and it has up to 65.2 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats down.
Leather-trimmed seating is available, as are heated front seats to keep you warm while you explore. The infotainment system inside the SUV is a SYNC® 3 system with an 8-inch LCD capacitive touchscreen and available in-vehicle navigation. A wireless charge pad keeps your phone charged without additional cords.
To let some of the outside in, opt for the power moonroof. It brings in a little natural light and provides a beautiful view of the sky for your passengers as you drive.
Designed For Adventure
The Ford Bronco Sport is designed for adventures. The SUV has 23.6 inches of water-fording capability, allowing you to explore past the creek you’ve come across. You have 8.8 inches of ground clearance, which helps to navigate across uneven terrain. Available metal bash plates protect the underside of your Bronco Sport as you navigate more difficult terrain.
The Bronco Sport has a safari-style roof, which gives you the ability to haul more cargo and even camp. The roof supports a tent, allowing you to stay the night in a location that’s not ideal for camping on the ground.
In terms of tech, the Bronco Sport features a breadcrumb navigation system. While you’re on the trail, drop virtual breadcrumbs so you can find your way back when you’re ready to leave.
