Ford Explorer XLT

The Explorer’s base trim runs on a 2.3L EcoBoost® I-4 engine that gets up to 300 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque. Rear-wheel drive comes standard, but Intelligent 4-Wheel Drive (4WD) is available with a front axle disconnect.

The interior features three rows of seats with cloth upholstery. For easy access to the third row, there are second-row captain’s chairs and a convenient center aisle. To help you load all your cargo, there are folding seats in both the second and third rows as well as a Power Liftgate.

You’ll find a more powerful engine under the hood of the Ford Explorer ST. It runs on a 3.0L EcoBoost® V6 that gets up 400 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque. This trim offers both an exciting and capable drive with Intelligent 4WD.

You’ll have easy access to the interior even when you’ve got your hands full thanks to the hands-free, foot-activated liftgate. Once you’re on the road, feel free to brighten things up with the optional twin-panel moonroof.
